shoulder suckage....

I dont know what happened but I ran out of steam 75 % through....

strict overhead press:

175x2 (new pr)

High Rows:

50x15
75x15

Barbell Shrugs:

225x15
275x15
325x10
375x8
425x6

was setting up to do side raises and then high pulls but I just lost all energy.

Cals around 3000 for today. I just think I have over trained this week and my body is telling me to rest. Tomorrow is a off day. Gonna stuff my face and relax. haha
