just a big ol lazy shoulder day....

Did big volume on a few exercises due to feeling like crap balls.

Strict shoulder press:
Bar (25lbs) x 20
50 x 15
75 x 10
100 x 10
125 x 5
150 x 5
175 x 1 x 2
150 x 5
125 x 8
100 x 10
75 x 20
50 x 20

Barbell shrugs:

125 x 20
175 x 20
225 x 20
275 x 10
325 x 10
375 x 10
325 x 10
275 x 10
225 x 20
175 x 20
125 x 25 x 2

DB Side raises:

15 x 10
25 x 10
35 x 10
45 x 5 x 5

Was going to do more but ran out of steam in my hot garage. The above took me about 40 min with minimal rests between sets.

Calories are between 3800 and 4000 daily and currently maintaining at 270 bw ...

Hope the crappiness I am feeling is just allergies and not a cold....
